Vera Peters is a pioneer in management and business consulting. With a degree in aerospace engineering and industrial engineering and as a certified mediator, she brings a rare combination of technical brilliance and deep human understanding to her work.
She began her career at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and Deutsche Lufthansa AG, where she managed major projects for over 25 years and honed her skills in management and strategic planning.
In 2000, Vera founded BusinessArt, a company dedicated to developing leaders and teams through transformative learning journeys. Her flagship, the LIFE Safari® Leadership & Change program, is an innovative concept that combines adventure and insight journeys to Africa with tailored coaching. This program aims to develop people into strong, authentic and resilient leaders. In 2020, the LIFE Safari® program was awarded the Excellence Award and Vera Peters was honored as "Most Innovative Entrepreneur" by THE GROW in 2022.
Vera's commitment to sustainable practices and intercultural collaboration is evident in all her projects. She has successfully developed strategies that address complex global challenges. Vera has been married for 29 years, is the mother of two sons and a multiple entrepreneur. She is actively involved in her association Business4Needs&Dreams e.V., which helps people to become self-employed. As a TOP 100 speaker and author, she regularly appears on major stages and shares her insights on topics such as "The safari strategy for leaders", "Brainwave shortage of skilled workers" and "Courageous decisions, strong solutions".
