Our journey starts in Mombasa, Kenya's vibrant coastal city, where white sandy beaches and the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean await us. Together we will immerse ourselves in the vibrant culture, explore historical sights such as Fort Jesus and be enchanted by the local cuisine. Mombasa is the perfect starting point to immerse ourselves in the African adventure together.

The variety of options in training and studying can be overwhelming. We offer you a space in which you can concentrate on the essentials, far away from the pressure of everyday life and the need to make decisions: Yourself.

Our experts will accompany you on this exciting journey. Through targeted coaching in the breathtaking scenery of Kenya, we help you to recognize your personal strengths and discover your passions. Where can I find information on entry requirements?

For detailed information on the entry requirements of the respective destination country, we recommend the website of the Federal Foreign Office. Here you will find up-to-date and comprehensive information. Non-German nationals should also check the relevant page for specific regulations.

Please note that our information on entry requirements and travel conditions mainly applies to fully vaccinated travelers. Under current regulations, it is possible to book our trips without full vaccination protection at your own risk. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs that may arise due to changes in entry requirements.

Is it possible to cancel my trip?

Yes, you can cancel your trip at any time. To cancel, please send us an email to info@businessart.de. You can find information on cancellation fees in our General Terms and Conditions.

What accommodation options are there if I am traveling alone?

For single travelers, we offer the option of booking a half double room on many of our trips. If no room partner of the same sex has been found four weeks before departure, we will provide you with a double room for single use or a single room. In this case, we will only charge half the supplement for the single room.

Do you also offer travel insurance?

Yes, we offer comprehensive travel insurance packages in cooperation with ERGO travel insurance so that you can travel with peace of mind. We recommend taking out our comprehensive insurance package, which includes travel cancellation and curtailment insurance as well as health insurance, emergency assistance in the event of delays and other benefits. If you already have travel health insurance, it is still advisable to take out at least our trip cancellation insurance with trip interruption and delay cover.

The insurance should be taken out at the time of booking the trip or at least 30 days before the planned start of the trip. For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the trip, the insurance must be taken out on the day of booking or within the next three working days.

Can I register special catering requests? (vegetarian, vegan etc.)

Of course! We do everything we can to meet your dietary requirements and inform our partners in the destination country about your preferences. Vegetarian and vegan options are now widely available and usually not a problem. We also do our best to accommodate special diets or food intolerances. However, we cannot guarantee that these wishes will be fully implemented in these cases, as the local cuisine is not always adapted to them.

To ensure that your wishes can be taken into account, please let us know at the time of booking, but no later than 31 days before departure. We charge a processing fee of €25 for requests submitted at short notice. Please be aware that although we will forward your requests, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment.

What payment options are available?

Payment for your trip is made in euros and per participant. After receiving your travel confirmation, a deposit is due and you will then pay the balance in accordance with the deadlines stated in the confirmation. You can use one of our bank accounts to make the transfer conveniently and free of charge. You will find all the necessary information and the exact payment deadlines in your travel confirmation.

Do I need to be vaccinated to enter the country?

For specific information on vaccination requirements, we recommend consulting your family doctor or a tropical institute. You can also find up-to-date travel medicine information about your destination on the website of the Center for Travel Medicine at www.crm.de. It is your responsibility to find out about any necessary vaccinations in good time and to have them carried out if necessary.
